A \u017ee jich tedy je. Jak se starat o miminko, p\u0159ebalovat, nakrmit, jak\u00e1 je ta spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva nebo co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e m\u00e1 miminko hore\u010dku. Najednou p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00edte na to, \u017ee t\u011bch informac\u00ed je tolik, \u017ee je ani \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u016f\u017ee v\u0161echny obs\u00e1hnout. Postupem \u010dasu s miminkem doma, se uklid\u0148ujete a z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1te pot\u0159ebnou praxi a jistotu. P\u0159i prvn\u00edm nachlazen\u00ed jste jako na trn\u00ed, ale dal\u0161\u00ed u\u017e jsou rutina. P\u0159esto existuj\u00ed v\u011bci, na kter\u00e9 maminka nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ipravena a ty dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vykolejit. O afektivn\u00edm z\u00e1chvatu u d\u00edt\u011bte jsem se poprv\u00e9 dozv\u011bd\u011bla, a\u017e kdy\u017e jsem ho sama za\u017eila. Mohu v\u00e1m \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jsem byla po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vyd\u011b\u0161en\u00e1. Tehdy bych ur\u010dit\u011b byla r\u00e1da, kdybych o t\u011bchto vcelku \u010dast\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech n\u011bco v\u011bd\u011bla. Poprv\u00e9 jsem si myslela, \u017ee moje dcera musela n\u011bco vdechnout, a tak jsem se sna\u017eila, dostat to z n\u00ed ven.  Afektivn\u00ed z\u00e1chvaty se objevuj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v batolec\u00edm v\u011bku a rozhodn\u011b rodi\u010de minim\u00e1ln\u011b zasko\u010d\u00ed. I kdy\u017e vypadaj\u00ed velmi dramaticky, ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f jsou na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed ne\u0161kodn\u00e9. V\u011bt\u0161inou se prvn\u00ed z\u00e1chvat objev\u00ed do jednoho roku v\u011bku. Z\u00e1chvaty se pak v\u011bt\u0161inou objevuj\u00ed n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, u mal\u00e9ho procenta to b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e jednou za den nebo naopak m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jednou za m\u011bs\u00edc. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina vzniku nen\u00ed jasn\u00e1. Nem\u016f\u017eete tak dop\u0159edu v\u011bd\u011bt, zda to u va\u0161eho d\u00edt\u011bte nastane. Z\u00e1chvatu v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed negativn\u00ed emoce, p\u00e1d nebo poran\u011bn\u00ed. Existuj\u00ed dva typy z\u00e1chvatu cyanotick\u00e9 a palidn\u00ed. U cyanotick\u00e9ho z\u00e1chvatu n\u00e1sleduje pl\u00e1\u010d, kdy se d\u00edt\u011b dlouho nenadechuje, m\u011bn\u00ed barvu p\u0159es \u010dervenou a\u017e po namodralou. Po tom n\u00e1sleduje, ale nemus\u00ed, kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta v\u011bdom\u00ed. U palidn\u00edch z\u00e1chvat\u016f v\u011bt\u0161inou nen\u00e1sleduje pl\u00e1\u010d, ale d\u00edt\u011b zbledne a ztr\u00e1c\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00ed. Osobn\u011b m\u00e1m zku\u0161enosti s cyanotick\u00fdmi z\u00e1chvaty.  V\u011bt\u0161inou u n\u00e1s n\u00e1sledoval ze vzteku pl\u00e1\u010d, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se dcera \u201ezapomn\u011bla\u201c nadechnout, a\u017e nakonec upadla do velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho bezv\u011bdom\u00ed (zhadrovat\u011bla mi v n\u00e1ru\u010d\u00ed), b\u011bhem chvilky se ale vzpamatovala a po p\u00e1r vte\u0159in\u00e1ch op\u011bt fungovala d\u00e1l. Dostala se ke mn\u011b doporu\u010den\u00ed, jak tomu p\u0159edch\u00e1zet. Nap\u0159\u00edklad fouk\u00e1n\u00ed do \u00fast \u010di do nosu p\u0159i pl\u00e1\u010di (kdy\u017e vid\u00edte, \u017ee se dlouho nenadechuje) nebo poc\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed vodou. A v\u00fdsledek? Funguje jak kdy. N\u011bkdy se to nepoda\u0159\u00ed zastavit, ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed z\u00e1chvaty netrvaj\u00ed nijak dlouho, i kdy\u017e poprv\u00e9 mi to p\u0159i\u0161lo jako v\u011b\u010dnost. Z probl\u00e9mu jsem byla dost nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, ale uklidnilo m\u011b zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou nejde o nic v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho a d\u00edt\u011b se op\u011bt samo nadechne. Doporu\u010den\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f je tedy zajistit okol\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte a dohl\u00e9dnout na to, aby si p\u0159i z\u00e1chvatu neubl\u00ed\u017eilo.
