Sto\u010den\u00fd chl\u00e9b vlo\u017e\u00edte do o\u0161atky a v igelitu nech\u00e1te op\u011bt kynout v teple 2 hodiny. Asi po hodin\u011b a p\u016fl rozp\u00e1l\u00edte troubu i s plechem \u010di pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm kamenem na 250\u00b0C a nech\u00e1te po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b rozp\u00e1lit. Na spodek trouby dejte star\u00fd plech, kter\u00fd tak\u00e9 nechte rozp\u00e1lit. Pot\u00e9 opatrn\u011b vykul\u00edte chl\u00e9b z o\u0161atky na plech a vlo\u017e\u00edte do trouby. Na spodn\u00ed plech vychrstn\u011bte asi deci vody a rychle zav\u0159ete troubu. Nechte p\u00e9ct 15 minut na 250 a pot\u00e9 sni\u017ete na 180 a pe\u010dte je\u0161t\u011b p\u016fl hodiny.
